Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide only, at this stage
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Processing times may vary and could be extended during busy periods. In some cases, your order may even be ready for dispatch on the same day! We ship from Lake Macquarie, NSW, and delivery times will depend on your location. Once dispatched, orders can take up to a week to arrive.

Returns
How do I return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long does it take to process my return?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The speed at which a refund is processed depends on the shipping time for the return. Once we receive the returned item and it’s been accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes,
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We currently are using Hero Packaging for our delivery needs.
About - Hero Packaging is a market leader in sustainable and eco friendly packaging. Our goal is to eliminate single-use plastic from all packaging by replacing it with compostable mailers, tape, and labels.
So, what is compostable packaging?
Compostable packaging is packaging that will turn into fertiliser in 90-120 days when treated properly in a home compost bin. Hero Packaging creates home compostable packaging that is single use plastic free and is certified by ABA.
